Transforming 11 km of a city wide Storm Water Drain network is no small task—who is responsible for this? 🤔 It’s not just the city’s municipal body. We’re talking national regulations, environmental protection, flood mapping, sewage management, waste control, and so much more. From NGOs and civic activists to 19 wards, 6 electricity and water departments, this is true collaboration at every level! 💧 To solve complex urban problems, we had to break out of silos, creating a citizens’ waterway together.
